Back to Legal Center1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Bisonflow (bisonflow.com), which is operated by KYC SOFTWARE LIMITED. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy.
If you use the service on behalf of a company, team, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms of Use.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably up to date.
- You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account or workspace, except to the extent caused by our breach.
- You must not share access credentials in a way that bypasses seat, account, or security controls.
3. Workspaces and Administrators
Bisonflow supports both individual and team workspaces. Workspace owners and administrators may manage projects, memberships, content, billing context, and other administrative settings.
Workspace administrators are responsible for deciding who can access the workspace and for the customer content submitted by their users.
4. Trials, Plans, and Renewal
We currently offer individual and team subscription plans and may offer trials where stated in the product or pricing flow. Our current introductory offer is a one-time 14-day trial for the first eligible individual subscription and the first eligible team subscription.
A trial is not guaranteed for every subscription change or renewal. Trial eligibility may depend on account history, workspace history, abuse-prevention checks, and the specific offer shown at checkout.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before renewal.
- Team subscriptions are seat-based and may be adjusted to match active workspace membership where the product syncs seat quantity with workspace membership.
- Plan features, limits, and pricing may change for future billing periods, and we may provide advance notice where reasonably required.
5. Fees, Taxes, Cancellation, and Refunds
You agree to pay all fees, taxes, and charges associated with your selected plan. Billing is currently handled through Stripe, and card payment details are processed by Stripe rather than stored directly by us.
- Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable.
- If you cancel, your subscription generally remains active until the end of the current paid period, then stops renewing.
- Seat changes may be prorated where your billing configuration supports prorated adjustments.
- You are responsible for taxes, duties, and similar charges other than taxes based on our net income.
6. Customer Content
You keep ownership of your customer content. This includes workspace data, tasks, documents, comments, attachments, prompts, and other content you or your users submit to the service.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, copy, process, transmit, display, back up, and otherwise use customer content only as necessary to operate, secure, support, improve, and provide the service.
You are responsible for having all rights, permissions, and lawful bases needed for the customer content you submit and for your instructions to process that content.
7. AI and Voice Features
Bisonflow includes AI-assisted and voice-enabled workflows. These features may process prompts, limited workspace context, transcripts, and audio snippets through third-party providers to generate results.
AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for operational, legal, financial, or compliance-sensitive decisions.
Do not submit highly sensitive or regulated data unless you have independently confirmed that the service and your configuration are appropriate for that use.
8. Acceptable Use and Suspension
- You must not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or rights-infringing activity.
- You must not attempt unauthorized access, security testing without permission, scraping that bypasses product controls, malware delivery, denial-of-service activity, or interference with the integrity of the service.
- You must not upload or submit content that you do not have the right to use, distribute, or process.
- You must not misuse AI or voice features to impersonate others, evade safeguards, generate harmful instructions, or process data in violation of law or contractual obligations.
- You must not reverse engineer the service except to the limited extent that applicable non-waivable law permits it.
We may suspend or limit access if we reasonably believe there has been a violation of these Terms of Use, a security threat, non-payment, or other conduct that creates risk to the service, our users, or third parties.
9. Third-Party Services
The service depends on third-party providers for authentication, payments, infrastructure, storage, and AI processing. Your use of integrated third-party features may also be subject to the applicable third-party terms and privacy notices.
We are not responsible for third-party services except to the extent required by applicable law or to the extent a claim directly arises from our own conduct.
10. Intellectual Property
We own the service, including the software, design, interface elements, trademarks, branding, and related intellectual property rights, except for customer content and third-party materials.
Subject to these Terms of Use, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service during your subscription term for your internal business purposes.
If you send us feedback, suggestions, or product ideas, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and incorporate that feedback without obligation to you.
11. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and quiet enjoyment.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the service will meet every requirement or compliance need of your organization.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, or data.
Our total aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service or these Terms of Use will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid to us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD 100 if you have not paid us anything.
Nothing in these Terms of Use limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or willful misconduct to the extent such limitations are prohibited.
13. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access if you materially breach these Terms of Use, fail to pay fees when due, or create legal, security, or operational risk.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions relating to fees owed, ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, dispute terms, and permitted post-termination retention required by law or operational necessity.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, excluding conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to applicable law, the courts of Hong Kong will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or the service.
15. Changes and Contact
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If we make a material change, we may provide notice by updating the date above, posting within the service, or using another reasonable communication channel.
Questions about these Terms of Use, billing, or legal requests can be sent to contact@bisonflow.com.
